Ready-made at our Facilities!

It will never be possible to establish a better, more controlled environment for manufacturing a liner at a job site than in a factory. Hence, Brandenburger manufactures the liners to a ready-made state at their production facilities in Landau, Germany. This allows the construction team to concentrate on installing the liner and not worry about treating the material.

Our products are also ready-made using different materials depending on the specific requirements of the job at hand. For instance, polyester resin may be sufficient for public sewer systems but the more aggressive liquids in industrial applications may require a special vinylester resin. Our manufacturing process, certified in accordance with  DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, ensures that the glass fibre composite is carefully impregnated with resin. There is no need for additional chemicals at the job site. Thanks to the high proportion of glass fibres, the liner is extremely strong and can fulfil a wide range of physical requirements. The  glass fibre used in the liners is also extremely resistant against corrosion. The liner can also withstand extreme static loads and can help to support older sewer lines.
