UVA light-curing with TV Monitoring

This is the point where manufacturing, curing and application technology all come together. Brandenburger's recently developed resin system has vastly better curing properties than conventional light-curing resins. Nonetheless, the UVA curing can take place at speeds of up to 200 cm/min. As a result, the sewers can be returned to operation extremely quickly. Many segments can be rehabilitated in less than a day.

The entire process is controlled electronically and optically using TV cameras. All of the measured data is logged and documented in the system. This information, together with a test specimen from the site, is proof of the liner quality. Hence, the persons in charge of the job receive immediate documentation stating that the job was successful.
