Karl Weiss lays out thick-walled Brandenburger pipe liner in Berlin without peroxide curing
During the trenchless rehabilitation of a roughly 1,230m-long sewer with 600/900 oval profile in Berlin Wilmersdorf, Karl Weiss Technologies GmbH installed an 11.9mm-thick Brandenburger GFRP pipe liner. Due to the special product characteristics, the use of peroxide in the resin could be omitted for the curing process, even though the walls were quite thick. This allowed a greater degree of flexibility at the construction site.

1.7 Kilometre pipe liner installed in Speyer
Corrosion, structural damages and extreme fat deposits in places necessitated the rehabilitation of sewage piping with a total length of 1.7 kilometres in the city of Speyer in Rhineland-Palatinate. The project was given to the company ehnes GmbH from Germersheim; light-curing pipe liners from Brandenburger were employed. The rehabilitation project was carried out in March and April 2011.

Trenchless sewer rehabilitation: Luxembourg shines, too
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg now is also completely up to date in terms of sewer rehabilitation. This is demonstrated by a project in the Luxembourgian municipality of Pétange. In cooperation with Swietelsky Faber Kanalsanierung GmbH from Alzey, BRG Lux GmbH from Holzthum installed two DN 1000 GFRP pipe liners here. They are part of the Brandenburger liner system, which is based on light curing technology.

Osthofen: Water pollution control by a record-breaking pipe liner installation
The rehabilitation of a transport collection drain DN 900 mm of the wastewater cooperative of Seebach based in Westhofen to the Worms sewage treatment plant with a 450-m light-curing pipe liner from Brandenburger Liner GmbH & Co. KG was not only a rather urgent emergency procedure for water pollution control, but also quite a record-breaking pipe liner installation project. For the first time in Germany, a glass-fibre liner DN 900 mm was installed in one piece with a length of 160 metres.
