Brandenburger Heatliner®Project data:
  • Conduit length: 29 m / DN 400
  • Outer liner: BBplus 75, WD 3.5 mm
  • Heat exchanger mat: Length 29 m, width 500 mm
  • Inner liner: BBplus 75, WD 3.5 mm
  • Cost per metre: 500 euros (for both liner and heat exchanger mat), excluding all installation costs and costs for conveying the heat to the customer.
Performance of the Heatliner® in the pilot project:
  • Heat output: 4.4 kW (100 kWh daily)
With this heat output, the following example objects can be supplied:*
  • Complete supply of a one-family house with 140 m2 floor area over the entire year (even for temperatures below zero)
  • Baseload capacity for 4 one-family houses with 420 m2 floor area
  • Baseload capacity for a multi-family house (6 units each with 70 m2)
* These numbers can vary depending on the year of construction and insulation standard of the building.
