Wood processing imposes challenging requirements to the heat production of the machines used. Continuous plate production systems and cycle-driven coating systems in particular generate processing temperatures up to 250 °C. In addition, system components are exposed to high mechanical and chemical stresses.

Insulation is very important for trouble-free system operation and high product quality. The areas of application are pistons, frames and hot plates.
